Nic's place is great. I love staying at the Victorian because it's just out of town, which makes it quiet and peaceful. great views, nice pool, and you can swim right out from the beach here. it's about a 15 minute walk on the beach to the grocery store and 20 minutes to the main beach and restaurants. just enough to help work off all the food and rum!

We enjoyed our week stay in this place. The condo is quite large, the beds were comfortable, kitchen had enough basics for us. Noise was minimal -some motos going by in front, but no roosters, dogs or loud music while we were there. It was quiet enough to sleep with the windows open, and wake up to the birds, which was really nice! The complex is well-kept, with 24 hour security. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay again.

Clean apartment, has pretty much everything you need. Private quiet residence with beautiful grounds. The beach was my favorite part, what an amazing view, plus two well kept pools. Nick checked on us throughout our stay and always responded fast. Would definitely return!

This studio apartment was absolutely perfect! Secure location, close to the beach, clean, well furnished, strong wi-fi. Nick is an extremely attentive host and responds quickly. I will definitely book with Nick in the future!

The place is as pictured. Nick was very helpful wit renter car service and near by amenities. Perfect place for boys trip. Security at night and parking wit automated gate.

Loved the location of Nick's apartment. Has access to two beautiful pools and a private gorgeous beach. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Nick was very attentive and responsive. Will def come back

I totally recommend Nick's Villa. It was exactly as the pictures, the pool is huge and it had everything that I could need. It's close to Supermarket, pharmacy, hospital and beach. Great Villa!

the apartment is well located in a safe gated community. the apartment is spacious and the king size bed comfortable. Walking to anything from 5 min (town) to 15 minutes (Sosua beach) Wi-fi is good and reliable.. Nick is a very responsive host
