Location is everything. Nick was very supportive with great communication. I will recommend others too definitely stay @ Nicks location.

Beautiful surrounding and you get what you pay for

This place was a gem and perfect little getaway for my husband and I for a long weekend. VERY spacious apartment, had way more space then what is shown in the pictures, the balcony is sooo relaxing listening to and seeing the waves for breakfast and meals. 10/10 will be back. Nick also is an excellent host, offers many local recommendations and always responsive

As everyone else already mentioned it, Nick’s place is on the beach. It’s a peaceful bay with breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything is as listed, the apartment is in a well kept condo complex in a quiet neighborhood.
Nick is a responsive and flexible host. Our plain landed a little earlier and he let us check in before 3pm which we much appreciated.
Sosúa is a great location if you want to adventure to Puerto Plata or Cabarete but did not meet our expectations, it’s not a family friendly place. That has nothing to do with Nick.

Nick was very professional and responsive! We were stranded in Cabarette. Nick accepted our reservation around 9PM. Within 10 minutes, he gave us access to his facility. He was very hospitable. He gave us a quick tour of the amenities. Additionally, he followed up the next morning. I would highly recommend him.

Nick was very responsive. Had an issue with the door and he was there within a few minutes to correct. The place was spotless and quiet. Well worth the price. I highly recommend.

Beautiful, well maintained property with security and close proximity to the ocean. Beautiful pool/hot tub area with palms and view of the ocean. Beautiful lounge area above the beach. Bright living and kitchen space, dated furniture and appliances and limited kitchen supplies in terms of cookware and glassware but everything very clean and view spectacular! Large bedrooms and bathrooms, very private from each other with lots of storage space and hot water. Loved the quiet beach house vibe!
