I love this place centrally located two seconds off the beach, beautiful and peaceful Nick is the best host on the planet

Nicks place was perfect and accurately described. check in was simple. place was very clean, hot water, a/c worked good. Comfortable king size bed and close to everything. cant beat the price. nice pool. would definitely stay here again!

Nick was responsive and very helpful. This place is in a great place with all a family need.

Le site sur lequel se trouve l’appartement est magnifique, sécuritaire et le personnel est courtois. Vous êtes proche de tout, resto et bars, épicerie à 5 minutes à pieds, plage 15 minutes à pieds. L’appartement fait face à la petite piscine, c’est tranquille et intime. Cependant, vous êtes situé à côté de la cuisine du restaurant du site ce qui fait que vous avez des odeurs de cuisson. À mon arrivée certains articles étaient manquants ou brisés , Nick a su les remplacer. Il reste les articles de cuisine à être changé ( poêles chaudron et cafetière).

Wow,Wow,wow...where do I start. I will start by saying Nick was a Spectacular host and on Point at all times. The condo was extremely well maintained and in a Great location. The view is amazing from the balcony, and the sound of the ocean is mesmerizing. Thanks Nick...we will be back‼︎

it ess a nice accommodation. it was a 10 minute walk from the main strip which can be accessed by an inexpensive taxi. the swimming pool was nice in a quiet community. the beach can be viewed from the balcony which is attached to kitchen and living room. washing machine was a huge plus! 10/10 would highly recommend

Great location with a very nice view.
I had some difficulty getting into the condo due to some issues with the key lock, but Nick responded fast to the problem and took care of it. The only other issue I noticed was an abundance of small ant looking insects in various places. Not sure if that's a seasonal thing or normal for the area, but I wasn't feeling it.
All in all Nick's place is a pretty good deal.
